This CPD package consists of five 90-minute workshops that can be delivered over time or tailored to half or full days.
The aim of all the sessions is to:
a. Learn about mindfulness and its impact on work life balance.
b. Work in groups to explore common themes of stress, conflicts and coping strategies.
c. Watch topical inspirational videos and discuss the messages.
d. Practise some questioning techniques that can inspire deeper thinking.
e. Learn how the mind works in stressful situations and what strategies we can use to control impulsive and conditioned behaviour.
f. Role play scenarios and discuss possible outcomes.
g. Learn how to meditate- All sessions end with a guided meditation session which extends over time.
